Dag 4

Vi har lavet dette system, at hver student skal skrive om en dag på turen. I dag var det min dag, så derfor står det på engelsk.

We got up early at 7.15, then we ate breakfast, cleaned our rooms and we went off in our canoes, from the hut in Marlborough sounds. We canoed for 4 hours. We had some big jelly fish fights, and Yvi and Renny got a jelly in their face. Enno and I had heaps of fun with put the sword up on the canoes so people couldn’t steer their canoe. We travelled along the coast in the beautiful sound, through heaps of jelly fish. When we (Enno and Jakob) tried to get the biggest one we fall in the water, and where in the middle of millions of jelly fish, which were so disgusting. Every time we tried to come up in our canoe we fall in again. We could feel the slime from the jelly fish all over our body’s which were so gross. Even now when we are in the bus, we still smell of it. In the end we came back in our canoe, and then we had to pump water out of the cabine. Even in there were hundreds of jelly fish. After 4 hours rowing we arrived at the harbour in Picton. We were all wet, so we had to get change. After that the bus came and picked us up, and then we drove to Christchurch. On the way to Christchurch we stopped to watch some seals. The weather was really good, as the sun shine the whole day. In Christchurch we lived a cool as place. We lived in a big house with Jacuzzi, and on the camping site you could find a pool and trampoline as well. For dinner we got pizza hot which were so nice. This was definitely the best day so far.
